Camp begins at 9:00am each day, and dismisses at 12 noon. I understand that it is my sole responsibility for my child to arrive on time, and be picked up in the afternoon. I understand that my child can only be picked up by a parent/guardian, or the designee(s) indicated on the registration form.
I understand that instructor will not tolerate behavior from a child that (1) poses a danger to themselves, (2) poses a danger to other or (3) is a repetitive disruption of normal activities making it unreasonably difficult for other children to enjoy the program. Any of the above reasons will be grounds for dismissal and the parent /guardian will be called as asked to pick up the child. The decision to remove a child from the program is the sole discretion of the instructor .

I agree to assume all risks connected therewith. I agree to release and discharge in advance North Captiva Charters, Inc. from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage connected with my child’s participation in the summer camp program.
